My name is Filippo , after finishing studying at Serramazzoni Hotel and Cooking Institute, I started working
in hotels and restaurants all over Italy.
When I turned 21, I travelled to Australia, where I lived and worked for 5 years. My work activities
included being a chef and manager.
Then I came back to Italy, where I specialized in gourmet cooking and pizzeria activities.
Twenty years later, using my experience, and passion for this type of work, I decided to open my own business.
